Closely involved in the development of the CAPE VLT from an early stage, Dick has contributed to multiple R&D initiatives with industry partners and gained firsthand offshore experience. This enables him to seamlessly connect innovation with real-world project execution.

He focuses on advancing vibro technology as a versatile and sustainable installation method, offering key benefits such as reduced underwater noise, improved installation efficiency, enhanced control during piling, and the prevention of pile run.
