Jaap is an experienced finance executive with over 25 years of international leadership experience in engineering-led, offshore, and project-based businesses with particular interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

Prior to joining CAPE Holland, Jaap held senior finance roles at Paques, Econic, ProRail, Fugro, and Philips. At CAPE Holland, he focuses on the financial strategy and governance, project and asset economics as well as performance management to support successful project execution and sustainable, profitable growth. He strongly believes in ambition, transparency, team work, personal growth and taking ownership for results.
