Marc is Chief Commercial Officer at CAPE Holland, bringing over 20 years of international leadership experience in the energy sector. He has held senior commercial and management roles at Shell and General Electric Oil & Gas across the USA, Asia, Africa, and Europe. Marc holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from IMD Switzerland.

At CAPE Holland, Marc is responsible for global commercial strategy and business development. He brings a strong track record in offshore wind and oil & gas, combined with deep expertise in rotating equipment. Marc believes that long-term customer partnerships and cross-industry collaboration are essential to accelerating the energy transition. He is committed to strengthening CAPE Holland’s market leadership in innovative foundation solutions through a pragmatic, results-driven approach.
