Do you want to help shape the future of offshore and onshore projects as a Manager Fleet?
We are looking for a driven and strategically strong Manager Fleet with a hands-on mentality. In this key position, you will be responsible for the complete management of our fleet of on- and offshore equipment. From maintenance and deployability to investment planning, staffing, and new build projects – you are the cornerstone of our technical success and the future readiness of our organization.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
As Manager Fleet, you are ultimately responsible for the operational and strategic management of our technical equipment. You will lead multiple departments directly and indirectly, including Fabrication, Work Preparation, and New Build Project Management. You report to the CEO and are a member of the management team. Your responsibilities also include:
- Leading a technical team and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment in line with applicable laws and regulations;
- Optimizing fleet deployability and executing maintenance plans;
- Ensuring seamless coordination between projects, maintenance, and equipment deployment in a dynamic technical environment;
- Strategically planning new builds or equipment rental;
- Preparing and managing maintenance and investment budgets;
- Integrating HSSEQ standards into all operational processes;
- Collaborating with BU Directors and other internal/external stakeholders;
- Promoting innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement within the department.

HOW #CAPABLE ARE YOU?
You are a strategic and results-oriented leader with a clear vision on fleet management in technical and offshore settings. You focus on reliability, efficiency, and safety, and know how to mobilize people and resources effectively. Your expertise in maintenance planning and cost control ensures sustainable fleet performance. Additionally, you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., in Industrial Engineering, Maritime Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or similar);
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in the offshore, maritime, or technical sector;
- Experience in asset management, maintenance systems, and project management;
- Strong strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and team development skills;
- Proficient in ERP systems (preferably ISAH) and Microsoft 365;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (German is a plus);
- VCA VOL certified & willingness to travel (inter)nationally when required.
