MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN

CAPE Holland is looking for a Manager Supply Chain to further develop and implement our supply chain strategy – with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Manager Supply Chain, you are the driving force behind a reliable, safe, and efficient supply chain. You streamline processes, maintain sharp systems, and motivate your team. With an eye on both daily operations and long-term development, you build a future-proof supply chain in a technical, international project environment.

You are responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing the entire supply chain – from strategic procurement to logistics and subcontracting. You ensure critical components are delivered on time, cost-effectively, and according to the highest quality and safety standards. You lead a team that includes procurement, logistics, warehousing, and outsourcing, and work closely with Engineering, Finance, Fleet Management, and Project Management. You report directly to the CEO and are part of the Management Team. Your responsibilities also include:

• Developing and implementing supply chain strategy and policies;
• Leading the Purchasing, Logistics, Subcontracting, and Warehouse departments;
• Selecting, contracting, and evaluating suppliers and subcontractors;
• Optimizing material flows and inventory management;
• Monitoring and achieving KPIs for delivery reliability and cost control;

• Ensuring compliance with HSSEQ standards throughout the supply chain;

• Coordinating audits and managing risks within the supply chain;

• Promoting team development and long-term employability within your team.

HOW #CAPABLE ARE YOU?

You are a results-driven strategic leader with a sharp vision for supply chain optimization. You mobilize teams and deliver sustainable impact in technical and offshore project environments. You are an expert in cost control, collaboration, and ensuring safety and delivery reliability. You also meet the following profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in (Technical) Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain;

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within supply chain;

• Proven experience with strategic procurement and subcontracting in a technical or offshore context;

• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably ISAH) and supply chain optimization;

• Strong negotiation skills;
  

• Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus);

• VCA VOL certified.
