OFFICE MANAGER & RECRUITER (60/40)
As Office Manager/Recruiter, you are the central hub of our office and the first point of contact for (potential) new colleagues. You ensure the smooth running of all office, hospitality, and administrative processes while actively contributing to attracting new talent. In this role, you work closely with the Manager HR and your fellow Office Manager.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this versatile role, approximately 60% of your focus will be on office management tasks and 40% on recruitment.
Office Management (± 60%)
- Provide a warm welcome to visitors and colleagues – you are the face of CAPE Holland;
- Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, assisting with questions and helping them navigate the organization;
- Support management and colleagues with calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks;
- Manage office supplies, handle facility matters, and ensure the office remains presentable and professional;
- Safeguard the corporate identity, handle internal communications, and assist with marketing activities and internal events;
- Contribute to a pleasant work environment, a strong team culture, and a customer-focused experience.
Recruitment (± 40%)
- Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires;
- Write engaging job postings and manage vacancies on job boards and social media;
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide them through the selection process;
- Build and maintain talent pools and relationships with external recruitment agencies;
- Contribute to employer branding and labor market communications.

Thanks to your proactive, hands-on mentality, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, from supporting daily office processes to actively recruiting and guiding new talent. In addition, you possess:
- A completed bachelor’s degree in Office Management, HRM, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- An affinity for recruitment and hospitality;
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to switch seamlessly between tasks;
- Independence, proactivity, integrity, and the ability to maintain oversight effortlessly;
- Microsoft 365: no secrets for you.
