OPERATIONS MANAGER AMERICAS
Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong technical background in offshore and onshore equipment management? Would you like to take on a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the Americas?
CAPE Holland is looking for an Operations Manager Americas to lead and coordinate our regional operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction in a highly technical, international project environment.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
As Operations Manager Americas, you are the driving force behind safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You combine strategic oversight with hands-on technical expertise, ensuring our equipment and teams perform at the highest standards in challenging offshore and onshore projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all operational and technical activities across the Americas, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance;
- Managing project coordination, logistics, and resource allocation for pile driving operations;
- Supervising equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
- Conducting in-depth mechanical engineering reviews and performance assessments to maximize operational efficiency;
- Proposing equipment upgrades and developing concept designs to improve functionality and productivity;
- Developing and managing budgets, tracking costs, and implementing cost-saving strategies;
- Leading and training operational teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to safety standards;
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular project updates;
- Supervising personnel during equipment installation and de-installation;
- Training and directing riggers in the safe operation of the CAPE Vibro Lifting Tools™;
- Coordinating operational support during installation work and ensuring safe work practices;
- Directing equipment disassembly and preparation for transport at project conclusion;
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients and the link between clients and CAPE Holland personnel;
- Traveling domestically and internationally (approx. 35%) to meet clients, set up equipment, and train client crews.

HOW #CAPABLE ARE YOU?
You also meet the following profile::
- Minimum of 8 years’ onshore and offshore project management experience;
- Demonstrated experience with:
– Installing, commissioning, and maintaining offshore vibro lifting tools and hydraulic impact hammers;
– Managing project budgets, controlling expenses, and implementing cost-saving strategies;
– Overseeing logistics, transportation, and resource allocation for offshore projects;
– Monitoring and analyzing equipment performance, and proposing efficiency improvements;
-Supervising and training teams, ensuring safety adherence, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Strong leadership, client relationship management, and communication skills;
- Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and international);
- Telecommuting available from anywhere in the US;
- Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written);
- Candidates must pass a drug test before beginning employment.
