OPERATIONS MANAGER AMERICAS
Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong technical background in offshore and onshore equipment management? Would you like to take on a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the Americas?
CAPE Holland is looking for an Operations Manager Americas to lead and coordinate our regional operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction in a highly technical, international project environment.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all operational and technical activities across the Americas, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance;
- Manage project coordination, logistics, and resource allocation for pile driving operations;
- Supervise equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
- Conduct in-depth mechanical engineering reviews and equipment performance assessments to ensure maximum operational efficiency;
- Propose equipment upgrades and develop concept designs to enhance equipment functionality and productivity;
- Develop and manage budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving strategies;
- Lead and train teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards;
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates. Supervise personnel during equipment installation;
- Training and directing riggers in the safe operation of the CAPE Vibro Lifting Tools™;
- Oversee other operations staff during the operational assistance during the installation work;
- Serve as main point of contact for client and between client and CAPE Holland personnel;
- Utilize operating expertise to ensure safe work practice;
- Direct the equipment de-installation at the conclusion of projects;
- Supervise subordinates in the disassembly and in the preparations of the transport of the equipment for the transport from the worksite to the demobilization point;
- 35% international and domestic travel required to discuss project with clients, set up equipment, train client operations crew.

HOW #CAPABLE ARE YOU?
- This position requires 8 years’ onshore and offshore project management experience;
- Must also have demonstrated experience with each of the following:
– Installing, commissioning, and maintaining on- and offshore vibro lifting tools and hydraulic impact hammers;
– Managing project budgets, controlling expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities;
– Overseeing logistics, transportation, and resource allocation for on- and offshore projects;
– Monitoring and analyzing equipment performance, and proposing efficiency improvements;
– Supervising teams, ensuring safety adherence and project completion within scope, time, and budget.
